ACORN offices in Las Vegas raided

The Associated Press is reporting that Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also also called ACORN, had their offices raided today by agents of Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller.  The story reports that investigators are looking for evidence of voter registration fraud.

Jon Ralston has a follow up on his blog that shows ACORN hiring ex-convicts, including those with expertise in identity theft.

The story has also gone national, with Fox News Channel reporting that the voter fraud included instances such as registering the entire roster of the Dallas Cowboys football team.  No word yet on the Nevada registration status of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Wally is investigating.
