Berkley flips vote on bailout bill

U.S. Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-Las Vegas) has dropped her opposition to the $700 billion bailout bill and will now support it. Berkley said she has now had time to review the bill and talk with business leaders and constituents in Nevada.  

Concerns about a total financial meltdown have motivated many in congress to do something, but what if our $700 billion "something" doesn't work?
