Romney to the rescue?

If recent polling is any indication, Libertarian presidential candidate Bob Barr could make a dent in U.S. Sen. John McCain's (R-Ariz.) vote total in Nevada.

Anjeanette Damon reports that some in the state are touting former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney (R) as a vice presidential running-mate, suggesting he could help McCain secure the state.

"Romney is a no-brainer," said Ryan Erwin, a Republican consultant from Las Vegas who advised Romney’s Nevada campaign. [...] "Romney takes this state from a slight lean-Republican to a heavy lean-Republican."

Bob Barr has my support

My donations and my vote go to Bob Barr - the only fiscal conservative left in the race with a chance at winning - polling at 6% nationally after only a couple of months campaigning. If you haven't read his issues page, I recommend you do so. http://www.BobBarr2008.com
