Wally memo: term limits decision

WALLY MEMO

TO: Honorable members of the Nevada Supreme Court

FROM: Wally Edge

RE: Term Limits Decision

It has come to my attention that a final decision has not been announced in the term limits case, although arguments started weeks ago.

Two possibilities may exist:

(1) You may not be aware of the election calendar this year and the fact that early voting for some involved in the case starts Saturday. S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y. As in this weekend Saturday. All of the info on early voting can be found on the Secretary of State's website here, or you can also walk across the courtyard and ask them about it.

(2) I saw that Twelve Angry Men movie the other day (Wally is a big "old movie" buff) and thought that you might be deadlocked in a Henry Fonda-type situation and can't make a decision on this one. Some things I try at home if I can't make a decision:

- flip a coin

- rock, paper, scissors

- winner of 2 out of 3 games of Battleship

I would recommend a good game of Twister, but I recognize the decorum of the court. And the difficulty of playing Twister in a robe.

Best of luck with your last-minute decision making.

Sincerely,

Wally
