Ron Paul team announces fake GOP convention

So what do you do if the state GOP won’t finish the state convention? Host your own.
The Ron Paul campaign has decided that the easiest way to get the Nevada GOP to finish the state convention is to finish it without them. They are hosting the Ron Paul version of the Nevada GOP convention in Reno at the Grand Sierra Resort on June 28th. Punch and pie.
I’m sure the RNC will honor a slate of delegates from a Nevada GOP convention convened without the Nevada GOP. No question.

The credentialled delegates can do whatever they want. IF they want to resume the convention out of recess they can.
Since it is not a reconvening, per the NRS no call is required. No "official notification" is required.
You be there or be square. Either they get the credentialled delegates they need, which means the convention is BACK ON, with or without Zac, Sue and Bob, or they don't which means it's not.
Spin it however you want, "Wally". Them's the facts.

And what will the process be for knowing if the delegates present at your "convention" are actually credentialed or not??
The RP supporters are going to waste time,money, and energy for a convention that has no bearing.
Go if you'd like, spend the money for airline tickets and hotel rooms. But the truth of the matter is, with no one there to verify who is actually present at your meeting, the results of your meeting will be tossed out.

The above is a softball pitch. The restart of the convention is just a return from recess, so the delegates will still have their badges. I have mine very carefully stored in my briefcase for the restart. It will be an orderly meeting with plenty of verification. Do you really think that it requires people from party HQ to do such simple things?
