Rosenberg unlikely to appeal

Aside from Rosenberg, those removed from the ballot include Clark County Commissioner Bruce Woodbury and several state school and town board members.

The court, however, ruled separately that 13 other lawmakers elected in 1996 are allowed to run for re-election this year.
