Dina is TOUGH!

Porter's spin machine and RNCC lies won't work this time around - finally, his pathetic record is going to be publicly exposed and he's cornered once and for all to see as Porter the political puppet and Bush bag-boy that he's been all along!

Porter has voted against our troops, military, military families and veterans - and the 30,000 vets in C.D. #3 are seeing the light now that they are getting the facts - and military types don't like guys who lie, cheat and steal, or commit treason!

Dina is going to beat this guy straight up with facts and on the merit of the issues!

Porter will try and hide, delay and avoid the media and try to run out the clock... and when he does get cornered he'll try and play the nice guy, tap dance around the facts, use the usual excuses and tap dance some more - but that won't fly in the face of the facts and his pathetic record!

There's only one honorable way out for Porter - withdraw from the race and avoid the public humiliation that about to come down on him like a tsunami!

Team Titus is going to pummel Porter!

Hey John, Please don't blog

Hey John,
Please don't blog about Dina everything you touch or associate yourself with goes to crap because of your bi-polar manic episodes. Dina can win this without your 2 cents. If you are a Veterans Advocate like you say you are then log off & help out with the issues. I've never seen you helping Vets unless it's a photo op. Tell me self serving John when is the last time you REALLY helped? Go blog for Porter if you want to help Dina. Politickernv should follow the Gleaner & remove you!

2 Cent Titus Fan?

Dear "Titus Fan" if you're not willing to post openly using your name - no one is going to take you seriously - and I'd bet you are just posing as a Titus supporter and trying to silence the public from utilizing their 1st Amendment U.S. Constitutional rights!

Could the truth be that you're really a Porter puppeteer and scared to death that I'm openly planning on bringing Porter down and seeing to it that we vote the bum out by using his own voting record, and the facts, to prove Porter has voted against pay raises and bonuses for our Troops, and against increases for Miltitary Families, and against basic equipment for OUR troops - like BODY ARMOR, and against Disabled Vets and funding the V.A. time and time again!

Is that what this little snide swipe of a childish comment from you is really about?

You do remember the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution don't you? Probably not, unlike me, you've probably never even thought about risking your life to defend the rights of others!

Oh, but I bet you, like Porter, are quick to SAY you "Support The Troops" out of one side of your mouth, but then the moment we speak up, you're next line is "Shut Up" - yeah, right?

For the record, I am NOT working for any candidate, candidate's campaign or political party - I am doing independent consulting, advising and writing - and just being a very, very independent Democrat working in my HOME Precinct, Assembly District and Congressional District.

It is O.K. with you, for me to be able to express my rights in my own home isn't it? Oh, wait, I don't need your permission to do that now do I!

And I don't need your permission to support my Assemblywoman (who won re-election in a contested primary and general election by the way), or my choice of a Congressional or Presidential Candidate either!

Just so you know, calling people names, and trying to defame them with false labels like "bi-polar" is really much more than just being unprofessional and impolite - it's trash talking! But, I'm such a good sport and patriot I'd defend to the death your right to do so! Besides, it's one of the ways we seperate the childish brats from the adult discourse - HA!

I've written a great deal about the difference between mental illness and mental disorders - being Bi-Polar is a serious mental illness - I struggle with PTSD and Depression and openly disclose and honestly talk about these disorders in hope of bringing light to Mental Health issues and smashing the stupid stereotypes people like you perpetrate on innocent people. For the record, I am not Bi-Polar and can prove it! Oh, wait, I don't have to prove anything to anonymous trash talker now do I!

Finally, I, also don't have to prove my credentials (of nearly 30 years of service) to some cowardly anonymous poster and poser - I am very well respected in the Veterans Community! Questioning the quantity or quality of my service goes beyond the pale of your petty, pathetic attempt at a critique - ROFLMAO!

The reality is I'm not a puppet of the party, like some, and not subject to answer to any man, woman or child - including any editors or handlers - and that's part of the real reason why my Column "A Veteran's Voice" and cutting commentary are, both, feared and respected - people know I stick to the facts - and I'll take on supporting, or take out decimating, any one that doesn't serve the Military, Military Families and Veterans community well!

In truth I'd bet you are working for Porter and already scared to death that I will expose Porter and his voting record AGAINST the Military, Military Families and Vets!

And let's keep things in context, I only reach a few thousand vets - it's not like my column has become a national franchize or syndicated! Get real, I only have about 10,000 regular monthly readers, and another 15,000 or so occasional readers - so, that's 25,000 tops! But, I will be focusing on all of them and expanding in hopes of reaching the 30,000 vets in C.D. #3 over the next 6 months!

As for Hugh Jackson and his blog "The Las Vegas Gleaner" - well, serious supporters of the 1st Amendment are very disappointed in Hugh's little endeavor to make a buck and pay his bills - frankly, I was very, very disappointed that Hugh would give in to a couple of complainers like you - instead of supporting the 1st Amendment rights of everyone (including whiners)!

Oh, well, life will go on regardless...no hard feeling Hugh, and good luck buddy!

Now, you phony "Titus Fan" go whine, snivel, complain, talk some more trash and work yourself up into a frenzy of a typing tantrum like the out of control childish brat that you are - or, better yet - grow up will ya?

And thanks for showing so much respect for a veteran - it steels my heart everytime some occupant posing as a citizen, like you, shows the dark-side of our democracy and it gives more meaning to my mission - THANKS!

How SHAMEFUL!

I continue to be stunned by the SHAMEFUL, callous, sick slander and defamation of character a few anonymous cowards attempt on Disabled Vets - while hypocritically saying they "support the troops" out of the other side of their mouths - what is wrong with these people - are they so dysfunctional they have no compassion or sense of decency?

Again, I am not menatlly ill, or on serious medication like MAOI's - I have PTSD and chronic depression (for which I've been through therapy and deal with respectfully everyday - and night) and I've written openly about these subjects to enlighten idiots.

Yet, a few disenginuous people ignore the spirit of candor and facts and try to malign my character and competence by using the anonymity of the internet to prove just how little people really support our vets - how very, very sad!

Do you have any idea what decent people think when they read your uncivil, sick, disrespectful and unpatriotic trash talking? Shame, SHAME on you!

Surprise, Surprise...More Sexism in Cartoons

This is another example of how gender bias towards women in politics is perpetuated- whether intentionally or not. While there is nothing wrong with pant-suits, you had to write "titus" on her jacket so people would know who you are actually depicting in your cartoon. Why would people not notice her? Perhaps its because every time I've seen her, and in every picture I've seen her in, she has always worn a nice dress and looks professional. I know you all love to stereotype women, but not all women politicians dress in pant-suits. I know you are wringing your hands trying to fill the void of outrageous cartoons of Hillary Clinton, but I wish you would get the basics down of how the subject dresses before you dress her in the "stereotypical woman politician" garb- whatever that may be. For the record, Senator Titus does not wear pant-suits and should not be lumped into a stereotype. She should be judged on her merits, accomplishments, and vision for Nevada- not by sexist cartoons that play on our worst stereotypes.
