Republican CD-1 candidate hits Lowden in song

LAS VEGAS -In this YouTube video, Republican 1st Congressional District candidate Chris Dyer attacks Nevada Republican Party Chairwoman Sue Lowden on the controversy surrounding the state Republican convention.
Dyer, a supporter of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul's (R-Tex.) defunct presidential campaign, believes he was elected a delegate to the Republican National Convention at the previous attempt at a state convention. He will be attending a Jun. 28 event in Reno that some other Paul supporters and disaffected Republicans hope to use as a vehicle to seat their own slate of delegates to the national convention.
Dyer is one of seven Republicans who hope to unseat U.S. Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-Las Vegas) in November.

about how you are going to be wasting your time and money going to Reno. I would imagine that by now the RP people would learn, atleast someone who has aspirations for Congress (no matter how unlikely the odds of winning are). As disruptive and rowdy as all the RP events were, they will come to an end. However, even if they don't , they'd have the same results as if they had ended.
By the way, good job on giving all your primary opponents amunition to use against you. Its generally not helpful to write a song that leads up to you implying the Chair of the state party is a C-word. I am sure that there will be posts defending the fact that you didn't actually say it, which I am going to go ahead and quell the need for now. For all of you about to post saying "He didn't actually use the word", please don't waste the time. I already understand the fact that he didn't actually complete the sentence, but in a Congressional Race, does it matter?

You do realize that Sue Lowden ended the convention in a highly improper manner right? With something as important as choosing the next Republican Presdential nominee our party leaders must be held to a higher standard. She basically disenfranchised 1,400+ delegates. The approximate cost to all of the delegates going up to Reno and having their time wasted by Sue Lowden is around $800,000.00 if you include travel, lodging, and food.
And yet...the establishment remains silent...on a convention that was illegally recessed, a convention that was obviously very important to grassroots activists.
I wasn't there
I could not actually attend the State Convention because of work, however I have heard of the total chaos of the convention. You do realize that to vote on each person for delegate slots would have taken dozens of hours when you take into account the time it would take to figure out who all was exactly on the ballot and available to be voted on. Then you have to actually take the 1400+ votes gathered, count them. It would have taken forever. And even though we all know that the state party is a vast wing of republican leadership conspiracy, but all their black helicopters were to far away at the time to fly in their time machines to use to pause time and get the vote taken care of in both a safe and orderly fashion.

Well, I was there. I was at the convention. I know what happened. The decision to stay and count the votes was for the delegates to the state convention to make. It was not Sue Lowden's decision to make. Otherwise, what is the point of even going to a State Convention?

You know, for a guy who has never voted, never even bothered to register to vote until one day you decided you wanted to be a congrethman, you certainly talk big, Bonghits.
If anybody has earned the name "Paultard," it's certainly you.
To be honest, at first I couldn't understand how people could possibly ridicule Ron Paul supporters. Never mind political affiliation of party or presidential candidate, there is no use in verbally flogging the supporters. As a Ron Paul supporter myself, I personally took this as an insult. When they came up with a name for it and I started seeing it circulated time and time again throughout the blogosphere – “Paultards”. Man, what a cheap shot; right below the belt. Don’t you have anything better to do? Why get pissed at Ron Paul supporters AND call us retarded at the same time? Unfortunately, as the wheels keep on turning and as time keeps on ticking, I might just have to agree that a lot of Ron Paul supporters are just plain Paultarded.
Now, if simply reading that causes your blood pressure to rise and your knuckles to crunch white then you’re probably Paultarded. If you now feel the insatiable need to retort in complete anger – you’re a Paultard. Hey, don’t blame me. Blame yourself. After all, I’m not the Paultard, you are. It’s kind of catchy too. It just rolls off the tongue. P-a-u-l-t-a-r-d.
No, I haven’t stopped supporting Ron Paul and I haven’t succumbed to negative peer-blog pressure. I have simply come to the realization that my candidate of choice has been misrepresented by a lot of overly emotional and blindingly passionate zealots who have no real rhyme or reason, nonetheless understanding of exactly why they are pushing the Ron Paul ticket so vehemently in the faces of unsuspecting innocent bystanders.
So, although I hate to break the news to ya, Mr. Carl "Bonghits" Bunce, it's pretty unlikely you and the rest of the Paultards will ever outnumber anybody. Ron Paul dropped out of the race months ago. Guys like you pretty much killed his campaign. All you've succeeded in doing is pissing off the people who SHOULD have been your base and ruling out the possibility you'll ever been taken seriously as a Republican candidate.
A month from now when you're asking yourself, "Dude, where's my revolution?" Here's your answer.
