Allen arrested?!?

CooperLAS VEGAS-Assemblywoman Francis Allen was arrested this weekend for stabbing her husband in the arm with a steak knife, according to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department report. She was booked for one count of battery with a deadly weapon, one count of domestic violence and one count of battery domestic violence. The most serious charge holds a potential penalty of 2 to 10 years in prison and a fine of not more than $10,000.
Kudos to Jon Ralston who flashed about the incident about an hour ago.

Allen will be facing three Republican challengers in the Aug. 12 primary.
