Statement on the Passing of Charlie Waterman

Cooper(Washington D.C. – April 18, 2008) Congresswoman Shelley Berkley (D-NV) today the released the following statement in memory of the late Charlie Waterman: "Charlie taught all of us an important lesson about politics and following your heart: always do what you think is right and do it for all the right reasons. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Waterman family and I am saddened by the loss of a true friend and a man of principle whose contributions to our community can be counted in so many ways,” said Congresswoman Shelley Berkley (D-NV). "Dear friend, rest in peace."
