The day after her opponent, U.S. Rep. Jon Porter (R-Henderson) released his first TV ad of the 3rd Congressional District race, state Sen. Dina Titus (D-Henderson) is following suit.
Titus' campaign announced it will be launching its first ad of the race Thursday evening. The spot features a light-hearted conversation between Titus and her mother Betty before moving on to talk about Titus' accomplishments in the state Senate.
Specifically, Titus -- or rather her mother -- argues in the ad that she "capped property taxes and pushed Nevada out front on renewable energy."
You can watch the spot here.
Porter hit the air Wednesday with his first ad, pushing his position on renewable energy as well as announcing his position on expanded domestic oil drilling.
